We manufacture sealed bullion packs for professional sellers — every series documented, verified, and published before it ships.
Every batch is fully documented from the moment a series is approved through the day it ships. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Every step on record.
Every series is manufactured to the same documented standard — sealed, verified, and published. Contact us for pricing and availability.
Use the builder below to configure your pack series, then submit a quote request. No payment collected at any stage — final pricing confirmed in writing before production begins.

BullionPacks is a wholesale manufacturer of sealed bullion packs. Every standard on this page is applied to every production batch, documented in writing, and available for verification upon request.
All bullion is sourced from established dealers and authenticated before assembly. No material enters production without verification against the approved series checklist. No batch ships without a finalized QC record, a serial log, and a published checklist on file.
All graded bullion entering production is certified by a recognized third-party grading service. No self-graded, house-graded, or uncertified pieces are represented as graded in any series.
Every production series includes a complete, publicly accessible checklist. The checklist specifies item name, metal type, weight, and grade for every coin in the series. Checklists are finalized and published before any pack is offered for sale — not after.
No hidden items, bonus inserts, chase coins, or undisclosed contents of any kind are included in any production series. Every item that ships is listed on the published checklist. Nothing enters a pack that is not documented prior to production.
BullionPacks does not represent, imply, or guarantee any minimum or maximum value for any pack or its contents. No floor pricing, value guarantees, or expected return language appears in any checklist, listing copy, or production document issued by BullionPacks.
Once a series checklist is finalized, it cannot be modified. The number of packs, coin assignments, and series structure are locked before production begins. Any change to a series requires a new series designation with a new checklist.
Pack contents are assembled and sealed in randomized order. No pack within a batch is pre-assigned to any buyer, position, or sequence. The distribution order of packs cannot be used to predict or influence contents.
All packs are sealed at the BullionPacks facility before leaving production. No pack is opened, inspected for specific contents, or re-sealed after initial assembly. Tamper-evident packaging ensures any interference is immediately visible.
The randomization method used in each assembly run is documented per batch and retained on file. Records confirm no individual had advance knowledge of which coins were placed in which pack prior to sealing.
Purchasing sellers receive packs in the sealed, randomized state in which they left the facility. No mechanism exists by which a seller can identify, sort, or select specific pack contents before distribution to buyers.
All bullion is sourced from established, reputable dealers. No material is acquired through unverified channels, private individuals without documentation, or sources that cannot be identified for audit purposes.
Every piece entering production is authenticated and verified against the approved series checklist before assembly begins. No substitution of approved inventory is permitted after a series checklist is finalized.
All incoming inventory is logged by item, source, and date received. Inventory records are tied to batch records, creating a traceable chain from sourcing through final pack assembly for every production run.
All bullion is authenticated and confirmed against declared specifications before entering production. For graded pieces, third-party certification is verified. Records are logged per batch and retained as part of the production file.
BullionPacks maintains full and exclusive control over every piece of bullion that enters a production series. No coins, bullion, or materials submitted by third parties are accepted, incorporated, or permitted at any stage of production. Every item in every pack was sourced, authenticated, and logged by BullionPacks — this is not a repack operation. This policy exists to protect the integrity of every series and the sellers who carry them.
Every batch is assigned a unique Batch ID in the format XXXX-YYYY-NNNN — a four-letter series prefix, year, and four-digit sequential number (e.g. STND-2026-0001). Individual packs are serialized as XXXX-YYYY-NNNN-P01 through P[n]. Serial numbers are logged sequentially and any gap or duplicate triggers a production hold before shipment is authorized.
All packs use tamper-evident packaging. Any attempt to open or reseal a pack after initial sealing is immediately detectable. Seal integrity is verified and logged at the point of assembly.
Every serial number ties a pack to its Batch ID, production date, assembly record, sourcing documentation, and published checklist. Any pack can be traced back to its full production history using the serial number alone.
BullionPacks maintains a public batch verification tool. Any serial number can be entered to confirm the pack's batch, production date, and checklist. This is available to sellers, buyers, and platforms for independent verification.
BullionPacks is a wholesale manufacturer. We produce sealed bullion packs and sell them to sellers at the wholesale level. BullionPacks does not operate retail selling accounts and has no financial interest in individual buyer outcomes.
Every sale from BullionPacks to a purchasing seller is documented via purchase order and invoice. These records establish the commercial relationship between manufacturer and seller and are maintained for platform or regulatory review.
Revenue is generated at the manufacturing level — not at the point of buyer distribution. BullionPacks has no financial incentive to manipulate pack contents in any direction. All packs are built to the same documented standard.
All manufacturing, assembly, sealing, and record-keeping takes place at our Florida facility. Operations are conducted under applicable commercial regulations governing wholesale product manufacturing.
Every batch undergoes a documented quality control process covering inventory verification, authentication, randomized assembly, sealing, serialization, and final audit. No batch is authorized for shipment until all stages are completed and signed off.
Completed QC records are finalized and retained per batch, available to sellers upon request for their own compliance documentation. Records identify who completed each stage and when.
Any discrepancy identified during QC — including serial number gaps, weight anomalies, or seal failures — triggers an immediate production hold. The batch is not released until the issue is identified, documented, and resolved.
Every production action is logged — inventory sourcing, coin assignment, assembly, sealing, serialization, and checklist publication. Complete audit records are maintained and available for compliance review at any time.
BullionPacks offers both featured production series and custom-manufactured builds. All production — featured or custom — is documented, checklist-published, and confirmed in writing before manufacturing begins. Pricing is issued by invoice only.
Custom production runs are non-refundable once manufacturing begins. In the event of a documented production error attributable to BullionPacks, the affected packs will be remedied or replaced at no additional cost.
All transactions and agreements between BullionPacks and purchasing sellers are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction in Florida courts.
Batch records, QC documentation, sourcing records, and checklist histories are available to purchasing sellers upon request for their own compliance needs. Platform inquiries may be directed to our contact address.
